For Screen Printing:

Yes, you can absolutely mix garment sizes (e.g., S-3XL) and colors (e.g., black, white, and red shirts) in a single order, provided the design, print size, and ink colors remain the same across all garments. This is a common practice that allows you to take advantage of bulk pricing, as the setup costs are for the design, not the garment color or size.

  • Same Design & Ink: The artwork, ink colors, and print size/location must remain consistent for the entire, combined order.

  • Ink Changes: While you can print on different garment colors (e.g., black and white shirts), the ink color must remain the same. If you need, for example, a white logo on black shirts and a black logo on white shirts, this is often treated as a variation and a fee will apply.

  • Garment Type Mixing: You can often mix different styles of apparel, such as printing the same design on t-shirts, hoodies, and long sleeves in one order. (print space must be the same)

For DTG / DTF

Mixing garment sizes and colors for DTG and DTF printing is fully supported, there is an additional fee charged if a variation to the design color is required to make the work on certain colours. ( E.g., white logo on black shirts and a black logo on white shirts )

DTG: 12w X 15h

We prefer vector-based files (.ai, .eps, .svg) for the best results in all printing.

We can use a high-resolution .png or .jpg files for digital printing ( Direct to Garment, Direct to Film & Digital ) but the resolution should be 300 DPI for the best results.

Lower resolution images (72 dpi) that are often used on websites will become blurry because there are not enough pixels to render the image clearly at the larger imprint size.

We require high-resolution images ( typically 300 DPI at actual printing size ) to create imprinting that is high quality.

A mockup will be emailed to you prior to production for your approval. You can confirm placement and design accuracy before our production begins.

There are many factors that can influence the choice. As a general rule we recommend the following:

Screen Printing - better for lower color designs / high quantities / non-photo designs

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) - better for high-color photographic art / lower quantities / good for photos / good for high cotton content fabrics

Direct-to-Film (DTE) - better for high-color / lower quantities / good for photos / good for most fabrics

We guarantee our imprints will last several years under normal conditions.

Yes, but we will need to make sure the fabric is compatible with our printing methods before we accept the garments.
